Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • You will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 3–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote & Outstation Locations: 7–10 business days

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to factors outside our control (courier delays, weather, strikes, etc.).

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid and COD orders.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

  • You can also track your order anytime using the “Track Order” option on our website.

5. Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, the courier may re-attempt or mark the package as RTO (Return to Origin).

6. International Shipping

  • Currently, Bofrike ships only within India. International shipping is not available.
