Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

You will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery

Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 3–5 business days

Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–7 business days

Remote & Outstation Locations: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to factors outside our control (courier delays, weather, strikes, etc.).
3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid and COD orders.
4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

You can also track your order anytime using the “Track Order” option on our website.
5. Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, the courier may re-attempt or mark the package as RTO (Return to Origin).
6. International Shipping

Currently, Bofrike ships only within India. International shipping is not available.
