Bofrike endeavours to provide the best quality and service to ensure complete satisfaction. However, if the customer chooses to return the product, Bofrike accepts returns under the following conditions.

If you want to exchange or return your product then visit My account > Orders > Exchange/ Return. You can always Exchange/ Return within the next 7 days after the date of delivery. All the return requests raised after that will not be entertained.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Customers can exchange their product(s) within the next 7 days after the date of delivery.

In case of an exchange, you are also allowed to choose a different product. We provide this choice to our customer.

You can exchange the product if you don’t like the fabric, color, fit or for any reason – We don’t have a problem.

Exchange policy is applicable on all products.

Exchanges are subjected to availability of the product. In case if the product is not available in stock for exchange then refund will be initiated.

Products claiming exchange must be returned in unused condition with packaging intact. Broken/used/tampered products are not accepted back.

Our exchange process is really simple and fast. You can submit your exchange request by visiting My account > Orders > Exchange or simply click here.

Our team will go through your request and reply to your ticket within 24 working hours. If your request is approved then you will be notified via mail and whatsapp and your pickup will be done within the next 1-2 working days.

Once pickup is completed we will refund the amount in your bofrike wallet within the 24 hours after the pickup. So that you can place a new order for your required size or product.

We provide full flexibility for this directly to our customer.

REFUND POLICY

First of all this is surely not the kind of purchase experience we would want to give. We’re really sorry for the inconvenience you’ve gone through.

Customers can return their products within 7 days after the date of delivery.

You can return the product if you don’t like the fabric, color, fit or for any reason – We don’t have a problem.

All Products must be unused, unwashed and returned with the original packing & tags.

We have a 100% refund policy. Full refund will be provided as store credits in Bofrike wallet.

To keep our product prices optimal we do not include reverse shipping charges in our pricing. That’s why there is a ₹100 charge for return/exchange. We refund these charges back to the customer’s Borike wallet.

Bofrike wallet money or cashback comes with Lifetime validity and can not be transferred into bank accounts.

You can submit your refund request by visiting My account > Orders > Refund or simply click here. Once you submit your refund request then our team will go through it and If it is approved then you will be notified via mail or whatsapp.

If it is approved then our courier boy will come and check the quality of the product if all tags are present on the product then he will directly accept your product.

Refund will be provided within the 24-48 working hours after the pickup.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers can cancel orders by visiting My account > Orders > Cancel or click here until the product hasn’t been dispatched/shipped from the warehouse.

If your order is shipped then you can cancel your order once delivery boy calls you or reaches your doorstep.

For prepaid orders- If order is not shipped then you can contact our support team via chat or at support@bofrike.in and they will initiate your refund amount within the next 15minutes.

If your prepaid order is already shipped and still you want to cancel then connect with our support team via chat or at support@bofrike.in and they will guide you about this.

We reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.

DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT ITEM

In case the product you receive is defective/incorrect then it will be exchanged with the correct product. By the way there is a 0.001% chance that you have to face this inconvenience.

There will be a 5% error from visual experience of the product to the actual product due to technicalities like lighting in LCD and CMYK print schemas.

Reverse pickup facility

We have a reverse pickup facility available on most of the pincodes and we will arrange a pickup for you in both return/ exchange cases, so you don’t have to worry about that.

In case if pickup is not available from your pincode then we will share the details to self-ship your products to our warehouse, You are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

Refund of 100 will be provided in your Bofrike wallet for all self-ship returns.

FOR YOUR SAFETY

Our customer care executives will never call you to ask your credit/debit card number, CVV number, OTP etc. 

We will never ask you your ATM pin or your online Password.

We will never share your details with anyone, without your prior consent.

Any dispute arising due to our services is subject to the jurisdiction of Ludhiana, Punjab.
