EXCHANGE PROCESS
STEP 1
Start an exchange & select the items you want to exchange.
STEP 2
Package your items. Make sure all hangtags are attached.
STEP 3
Once pickup is completed we will refund the amount in Bofrike wallet.
STEP 4
Place a new order with wallet money for your required size or product which you want in exchange. That simple.
RETURN PROCESS
STEP 1
Start a return & select the items you want to return.
STEP 2
Package your items. Make sure all hangtags are attached.
STEP 3
Courier boy will come and complete your pickup within the next 24-48 working hours.
STEP 4
Amount will be refunded within the next 24-48 working hours after the pickup.
