No-Contact Delivery

Doorstep Drop
The delivery partner will call the customer and take their permission to leave the order at the customer’s doorstep or security gate.

Digital Payments Everywhere
For cash orders, your customer can choose to pay digitally at the time of delivery. (Scroll down to our FAQ section to know more) For prepaid orders, Bofrike allows doorstep rejection on every order.

No more Physical Signature
An OTP will be sent to the customer phone number before delivery. The delivery partner will ask for this OTP as a proof of delivery.
Health & Sanitization

Employee Hygiene
We have instructed all our delivery partners and employees to wear masks, follow social-distancing norms and regular wash their hands.

Workplace Hygiene
We have instructed all our delivery partners and suppliers to regularly sanitize their workplaces, including intense cleaning of commonly touched surfaces like buttons, keys etc.

Regular Temperature Checks
We have instructed all our delivery partners and suppliers to do temperature checks, especially before going out for a delivery.

Contact Tracing
All our delivery boys have Aarogya setu app installed and they are examined regularly.
Frequently Asked Questions
- How can a customer pay digitally for cash orders?
At the time of delivery, the customer can choose to pay digitally. In such a case, the customer can inform the delivery partner over call and they will be sent a digital payment link via SMS. The customer can use that link to pay through UPI, Wallets or Credit/Debit Cards.
- What is OTP Verification?
Instead of physically signing the delivery receipt, customers can verify the delivery through OTP verification. In such a case, the customer will receive an OTP through SMS. The delivery partner will call the customer and ask for this OTP. Once the OTP has been verified then only the order will be marked as delivered.
- How can a customer reject at doorstep?
For prepaid and cash orders, if a customer doesn’t like the condition of the package or has any other issues – they can choose to not accept the order, and the payment will be refunded right away.
